Obstacles and Train Wrecks
On today's morning meditation walk, I came across this tree limb lying across the railroad track. My immediate intention was to remove it. But for a second, the thought crossed my mind of it being too heavy and hurting or, worse, embarassing myself while trying to move it. I quickly redirected my thoughts to preventing an accident and all of a sudden found myself moving it as easily as if it were a twig. The point? I am strong like bull! Kidding. The point is to never entertain doubt and let go of your ego. When you focus on what your actions will contribute you can move mountains (or big tree limbs.) -Anthony
